These Terms have been drafted with the Bangladesh market in mind and apply specifically to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali-language version shall be considered authoritative.
Scope of the Terms
These Terms cover the following:
- Rules for accessing and using the platform
- Account creation, management, and security
- Financial transactions — terms for deposits and withdrawals
- Rules for bonuses, promotions, and rewards
- Gaming conduct and fair play policy

2 Account & Registration
Single Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. ep66 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts held by the same person and to forfeit the funds in them. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as a violation of this rule.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds. ep66 may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is prohibited. Report any unauthorized use of your account to our support team immediately.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement
Age Requirement
ep66's services are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. If any underage person opens an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. Failure to submit the required documents for age verification will result in a temporary suspension of the account.
User Responsibilities
To be eligible to use the platform, you must confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are using this service voluntarily and of sound mind
- You are playing with your own money, not borrowed funds
- You are not addicted to gambling or undergoing treatment for addiction
- Online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at ep66 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods)
- The name provided at the time of deposit must match the account name
- Deposits through third parties are not permitted

Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in some cases, additional time may be required for identity verification or security review.

Transaction Limits & Policy
ep66 reserves the right to set limits on any transaction as needed. If suspicious financial activity is detected, transactions may be suspended until the account is verified. All transactions are monitored in accordance with anti-money laundering policy.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members at ep66 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit
- Claiming bonuses through more than one account is strictly prohibited
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another account
- Restrictions may apply on using bonuses in certain games or betting types
- ep66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
- Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure
VIP Program
ep66's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Policy
Fair Play Guarantee
All games on ep66 are operated through reputable software providers. Game outcomes are determined using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully fair and verifiable. ep66 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games.
Game Rules
- Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface
- If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, ep66 reserves the right to restart that round or refund the bet
- Identity verification is mandatory for progressive jackpot wins
- ep66 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection
Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows you to bet on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League), and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
- Special rules apply for live betting during a match
- There may be specific limits on betting on multiple outcomes in the same match
7 Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:
- Operating or assisting in operating multiple accounts
- Fraudulent or manipulative bonus claiming (Bonus Abuse)
- Using a false identity or forged documents
- Using software, bots, or automation tools in games
- Colluding with other users during play (Collusion)
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
- Gambling with funds belonging to a third party
- Harassing or threatening other users
Monitoring of Suspicious Activity
ep66 detects suspicious activity through an automated monitoring system. This system identifies unusual betting patterns, abnormal win rates, and suspicious payment activity. Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is underway.
8 Privacy & Security

KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy
When necessary, we may ask for the following documents to verify your identity:

Withdrawals cannot be completed if documents are not submitted. Once the KYC process is complete, re-verification is generally not required.
9 Account Closure
Closure by the User
Any user may close their account at any time. All active bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Send your account closure request to the support team.
Closure by ep66
ep66 may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Fraud or fraudulent activity
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Violation of the age requirement (under 21 years of age)
- Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
10 Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
Although ep66 is committed to providing the highest quality service, it bears no liability for the following:
- Service disruptions caused by internet outages or third-party network issues
- A game stopping mid-way due to an unexpected technical error
- Issues with the user's own device or network
- Dissatisfaction with game outcomes — random results are determined by RNG
- Financial losses from gambling — be aware of the risks before playing
Maximum Compensation Limit
If compensation is provided due to any technical error, it will not exceed the amount wagered in that round. ep66 does not bear liability for indirect or consequential losses.
